This claim is evidenced by the company’s repeated recognition as a top exporter in the province and its consistently high product quality in recent years. Factory History
Kavan Boukan Cement Plant was established in 2002 (1381 SH), and the construction phase began in 2005 (1384 SH) with financial facilities provided by Bank Melli. The construction and implementation stages were completed in 2010 (1389 SH), and the plant was launched in the same year. In 2012 (1391 SH), the factory received its operation license. This plant began its activities through private-sector investment, contributed by the respected investors mentioned in the section below.
Our Objectives
- Reducing production costs while maintaining standard quality
- Maximizing the use of existing facilities to create new business opportunities
(exporting various products and planning the production of specialized, blended,
and next-generation cements) - Producing cement according to the Russian GOST standard in classes M600, M500, and M400,
in categories N and R, with packaging options of 50 kg and 1,500 kg - Expanding sales to end consumers
- Developing strategic cooperation with consumers to establish medium- and long-term partnerships
for supplying their required products while safeguarding the long-term interests of both parties - Developing strategic cooperation with producers with the aim of:
- Creating synergy based on the existing capabilities of both parties
- Establishing strategic alignment for optimal management of shared markets
- Joint investment in projects with technical and economic justification
